This redevelopment of two defunct auto dealerships on US Highway 19 in Clearwater will feature 314 new apartment units arranged in multiple buildings. This project was designing according to the US 19 Zoning District Development Standards adopted by the City of Clearwater in 2017. Wood Partners is the apartment developer.
ALTA Clearwater Apartments
After months of Planning and Engineering/ Permitting was successfully completed by Gulf Coast Consulting, construction has begun on the ALTA Clearwater Apartments.
