This 125 room hotel with ground level retail/restaurant space is set to open in Spring 2020. Associated roadway improvements along Madeira Way and 150th Avenue are also nearing completion. These include safety enhancements and turn lanes on 150th Avenue and wider sidewalks open space along Madeira Way. These were design by Gulf Coast Consulting. Other phases of the Madeira Beach Town Center redevelopment project are scheduled to begin soon.
